Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance
Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) assists the United States Department of Defense (DoD) components and acquisition programs by providing analysis and engineering services in a consulting capacity, working closely with the government's own engineering staff members.

CNSP’s SETA’s deliver a broad spectrum of strategic planning, program formulation, program management, technical, analytic, and transition expertise to research and development programs.

CNSP is intimately familiar with the programmatic challenges of supporting systems-level programs, which typically have a high degree of technical difficulty, challenging integration issues, and schedule and budget driven risk.
CNSP provides Systems Engineering and Technical assistance in three primary areas:
• Planning & managing successful programs and projects
• Developing & managing effective contracts
• Identifying & applying technologies and technical approaches
Across these functions, CNSP provides certified technical and project management resources needed to successfully implement complex programs. CNSP works side by side with government employees to:

CNSP achieves its quality deliverables and metrics by assessing products and processes throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, CNSP's staff facilitates early detection and correction of errors, enhances management insight into risks, and ensures compliance with project performance, schedule, and budget requirements.
